Back to Erhards Flying Life Please be patient - this page has a lot of pictures..... I split it in several parts Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 This was probably the most memorable of the trips I took with Werner Stadtkowitz' "German Eagles". The scenery is breathtaking .... I was sharing a Piper Arrow (ZS-RER) with Armin and his wife. With few exceptions, the airfields were at above 5000ft which made the take-offs and climbs with 3 people plus luggage on board sometimes quite interesting. Again, I had to leave the group at about 3 quarters of trip at Plettenberg on South Africa's Garden Coast, mainly due to business.
